The terms and conditions on this page apply to all i3DGear products, including, but not limited to, autopilot parts, autopilot remote controls, firmware, instructions, videos and any advice, services, or other products rendered by i3DGear through this website, email, or direct correspondence of any kind.
Terms and Conditions:
In no event shall i3DGear, Wallace Group Ltd, it’s owners or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. If you are not willing to accept these conditions, do not use our products.
All electronic products are tested before being shipped. We are confident you will love your device, but if you have any problems, please contact us on our website and we will be happy to assist you.
If your item is defective, we will replace it within 90 days of purchase, provided you return the original item to us, undamaged and intact. Return shipping expenses, customs and duty are your responsibility. Shipping of a replacement will be paid by i3DGear.
For non-defective items that are simply being returned or exchanged, a 20% restocking and handling fee will be charged. Original shipping cost is not refunded (note that original shipping cost is what WE paid to ship the item to you, which may be more than what you were charged for shipping on your purchase). Electronic items which have been installed but are not defective will not be refunded. This includes remote controls, rudder references and any other electrical items.
We do not refund any customs or duty fees you paid. Recovering these fees is your responsibility. Contact your home country’s customs office to apply for a refund of duty paid on a returned product.
For orders that are canceled by customer request, we charge the 4% credit card processor fee, plus a 6% i3DGear processing fee - for a total of 10%.
For parts which explicitly state LIFETIME WARRANTY - in the event your product becomes faulty during its lifetime, please return it to us (at your expense) and we will replace it free of charge. Shipping of replacements will be by standard postal shipping. You may pay to upgrade your shipping to a higher level. Parts must have no obvious signs of intentional damage or mistreatment in order to qualify for lifetime warranty replacement and the judgement of this will be solely determined by i3DGear.
Our postal shipping is by Canada Post Worldwide which will transfer to your countries postal system as per international mail agreements. You may be subject to Taxes and Duty charges, according to your countries regulations. These charges are your responsibility. Courier shipping may incur additional brokerage fees which are also your responsibility.
You may choose untracked, tracked, expedited or DHL Express Worldwide shipping for most countries. Orders within Canada will always have tracking. We require Tracking (ie. do not offer Free shipping) to the following countries, due to problems with their postal system reliability during the COVID pandemic:
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please note - if you choose untracked shipping, NO tracking information will be available - we cannot acquire any more information than you can with regards to your package whereabouts. Contact your countries postal system for lost packages and give them the Canada Post tracking number you were provided.
Shipping times are estimates only and are in BUSINESS days, not calendar days. Customs and duty processing may affect shipping times. It is your responsibility to be available to respond to customs processing once the package arrives in your country. Please remember, we have no control over shipping times.
Risk Of Loss:
Our responsibility is to package your product, pay the shipping fees you have selected, and pass it to the carrier for delivery on your behalf. All risk of loss for items is passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

i3DGear does not store credit card or payment information. We will not share your email address, physical address or any other personal information you provide to us through our website.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
