How do I contact you to ask a question?
Our product listings have extensive descriptive information including photos of the autopilot systems they work with and dimensions. The INFORMATION (javascript:void(0))tab above has comprehensive installation guides. Read all the answers below and look at the product listing information. If you still cannot find the information you need, then use the Contact form above. Make sure you check your SPAM or JUNK email folders as our replies may go there.
I did not receive a reply to my question or an order confirmation email.
We respond to questions within 24 hours. If you did not receive it, check your Junk or Spam folder. After ordering you will receive an Order Confirmation email, after shipping you will receive Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. You will receive a Delivery Notification after delivery. Check your Junk or Spam folder if you can not find these.
How do I order a product?
All of our products are on the ORDER PRODUCT (javascript:void(0))tab above in our online store. Each product listing has extensive descriptive information including pictures of the autopilots it works for, dimensions, etc. You should find all the information you need to order. Please read all product descriptions carefully and look at all accompanying photos.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world. Our SHIPPING INFORMATION (javascript:void(0))is under the INFORMATION tab and provides information for each area of the world. Select your product, add it to your cart, go to the Checkout area and enter your country. If it doesn't show up, we probably ship to it, but there may be an issue we need to discuss with you first. Use the Contact form above to inquire. You can also use a freight forwarding service to ship to some countries whereby the shipment will go to a forwarder in the United States and then be forwarded by them to your country.
I'm not sure what autopilot model I have....
Use our AUTOPILOT IDENTIFIER (https://www.i3dgear.com/identify-your-autopilot)page to determine which model and version of autopilot you have so you can order the correct parts. Autohelm model numbers can be very confusing.
What are your return policies?

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading PCI-compliant payment provider. Transactions are protected with industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption, and we do not store or have access to your credit card information.
